MINIMIZING SPACE CONSUMPTION
Bi-fold gates help save more than 31% in floor and aisle space, and maximize interior storage by keeping the doors outside the structure (unlike retractable door weapon racks). We offer four different heights and two different widths, so fitting a secure rifle rack into your space is easy.

MAXIMIZING RIFLE CAPACITY
High density storage is a specialty of SEKURE. With the use of rifle specific high-density barrel and stock saddles, a rifle rack that comfortably fits 12 rifles can increase capacity to 16. Yes, we design all of our systems and products to be extremely modular. We offer weapon lockers that can be stacked on and secured to each other, as well as open racks specifically designed for expansion (see expandable weapon racks). In addition, the internal design of each weapons rack is easily configured into different layouts and is able to hold a variety of weapons through the use of an universal back panel in conjunction with weapon specific components. The key to this variety stems from the carefully placed notches on the back panel that allow our components to easily lock in anywhere.

Pre-planning the project with our customers is the most important step in the installation process. By the time we reach the point of installation, the fine details have been ironed out, all the components are delivered, and all involved parties know exactly what goes where. Straightforward jobs, like the recent Pallet Racking Installation for the Sustainment Brigade in Ft. Bragg  (see video above), took less than two days and required only three installers.

The Pallet Rack Installation Process

1. Lay out chalk lines to make sure racks will be correctly aligned.
2. Install all uprights & beams.
3. Place the wire decks.
4. Complete the final alignment.
5. Shim and anchor the upright & post protectors to the floor.
6. Perform quality check.

In addition, one of our knowledgeable representatives checks in periodically for quality and accuracy throughout the entire installation. Once they have cleared all required inspections, the installation is checked off as complete.
