Modular Enclosures for Classroom and Break RoomCustomer: Norfolk International Terminals, Norfolk, VA
Project Details: This customer required a modular enclosure for classroom, break room, and bath room space. Our solution used plywood reinforced walls in the break room to ease mounting of cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) coated walls in the bathrooms, and vinyl coated walls in all the classroom space. |

Exterior Warehouse Building for Gear StorageProject Details: Our customer had an existing concrete slab and asked us to design a pre-fabricated exterior building to accommodate the slab dimensions as well their storage requirements. Their storage required 12' high pallet racks; therefore, the building side walls needed to handle a lot of vertical height. In order to accommodate their oversize pallets, we incorporated an electric powered overhead bay door.

Climate Controlled Shipping & Receiving BuildingProject Details: This customer required a climate-controlled space inside of their warehouse to inspect goods received goods, as well as space to prepare pallets and gear for outbound shipping. We provided one modular building that was sub-divided into two separate spaces. Each space had it's own overhead roll up door that allowed easy movement of pallets and gear between inside and outside the building. We also installed individual AC/Heat units and a wet sprinkler system.

Multiple Shipping, Receiving & Storage BuildingsCustomer: Northrop Grumman, Norfolk, VA
Project Details: The customer had two warehouses that were not climate controlled and required multiple offices for their Shipping & Receiving Clerks. The customer preferred modular constructed offices over standard construction, as they were leasing the warehouse space and wanted to easily relocate the buildings at a later date. We provided four different enclosures for this project. Each one was delivered with UL approved electrical wiring, through-the-wall A/C units, sprinklers, and VCT tile flooring.
